Excalibur Collision is a 21st Century Repair Facility. Our state of the art full downdraft heated spray booth ensures a dirt and dust free paint job while limiting Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) from entering the atmosphere. The baking capability of the spray booth allows for a fast turn over time for repairs so you can get your vehicle back as quickly as possible. Our computerized paint mixing system is constantly updated with current manufacturer paint codes and formulas to ensure the color matches as closely as possible to the paint on your vehicle. The paint materials we use are of the highest quality manufactured by Du Pont, a leader in automotive refinish for the past 100 years.

Here at Excalibur, we strive to be up to date with the latest industry trends. That is why we use water based paint as opposed to solvent base. Water based paint has a quicker flash time and covers panels with less material than solvent based paints. In fact, the entire Auto Body Industry in New York State must make the switch from solvent base paint to water base paint by 2014. Excalibur has been using Du Pont Chromax Pro Waterborne Paint since 2010 and all paint technicians have been trained and certified by Du Pont. Du Pont Chromax Pro Waterborne paint is environmentally friendly. It emits low levels of (Volatile Oraganic Compounds (VOCs), therefore, leaving a smaller carbon footprint on our planet.
